Supplies for the raid, 5,10,25 man runs

I usually take a stack of mana pots, either fel or super. I also take along a flask of relentless assault, as well as a stack of ravager dogs. I'll often also take a few elixirs, in case something goes wrong and my flask wears off with one boss left.
I'll bring along two stacks of meat to feed to my pet, as well as a few stacks of water, in case our mage doesn't show up. I usually fill my bag with ammo and then buy another 2K or so extra. I don't usually run out though.
This is for a kara run, we typically do until curator, and sometimes, if we have our better players online will do curator as well.

My alt herb/alchemist is now high enough to mass produce pots for me, so my question is:
How much of each do you normally take with you when raiding, 5 mans, etc.
Health
Mana
Food (for you and pet)
Drinks
Bandages
Specialty potions (resistant, increase xyz stat, etc.)
Ammo (one bag or two)
When it's time to start raiding, I don't want to look like an idiot without supplies.
And while I'm thinking about it, does anyone use macros to utilize said supplies?
Thanks in advance.-
